Welcome to MJphotograph.com. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services
MJphotograph.com provides family beach photography services in NW Florida. Our services include, but are not limited to, photo sessions, photo editing, and the provision of digital and printed photos.

2. Booking and Payment
Booking: All sessions must be booked in advance through our website, email, or phone. A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required to secure your booking.
Payment: Full payment is due on the day of the photo session. We accept Venmo, PayPal, Credit Cards, and Cash.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will be charged in full.

3. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your session. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

4. Weather Policy
As we specialize in beach photography, weather conditions can impact our sessions. Safty is our number one priority! We do not take photos when lightning is apparent in the surrounding area. In case of inclement weather, we will reschedule your session at no additional cost.

5. Photo Delivery
Digital Photos: Edited digital photos will be delivered via an online gallery within 6 weeks after the session.
Prints and Products: Personal prints and products will be available for order through our website or in person at time of our online gallery delivery.

6. Copyright and Usage
Photographer's Rights: MJphotograph.com retains the copyright to all images taken during the session. We reserve the right to use these images for marketing, advertising, and portfolio purposes.
Client's Rights: Clients receive a personal use license for the digital images provided. This means you can print, share, and display your photos for personal use. Commercial use of the images is not permitted without written consent from Matthew Johnson, MJ Photograph LLC

7. Model Release
By booking a session with MJ Photograph, you grant us permission to use your images for promotional purposes, including our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you do not wish for your images to be used, please inform us in writing before the session.

8. Liability
MJphotograph and photographer is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during the photo session. Clients assume all responsibility for themselves and their belongings during the session.

9. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Please refer to our privacy policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
